A New Era for Fun at Trelay
This upgrade was directly inspired by your feedback in the owners’ survey, and that the existing play equipment was reaching the end of its natural life. We also heard from many of you who felt the play area could offer more variety, especially for when children or grandchildren visit Trelay.
For those who love Trelay for its tranquility, we understand a new play area may not immediately sound appealing. However, we believe this thoughtful and engaging facility will help keep children happily entertained in a designated space, preserving the peaceful atmosphere you value.
What’s Coming to the New Play Area?
We’re delighted to share the exciting new equipment that will be installed:
- Triple Swing Bay: Includes a cradle seat for toddlers, a flat seat, and a large bird’s nest swing, which is also accessible for children with additional needs.
- Seesaw: A traditional favorite, perfect for hours of fun.
- Springy Figures: Paying homage to Trelay’s heritage, we’ve included a tractor, sheep, and chicken-themed springy seats, designed especially for toddlers.
- Covered Picnic Table with Games Top: Ideal for supervising children, enjoying a family picnic, or playing classic games like snakes and ladders or draughts on the game-themed tabletop.
- Trim Trail: A five-piece obstacle course featuring a tyre cross challenge, inline hurdles, swinging log steps, twister logs, and a vine walk—perfect for endless fun and adventure!
