By leaving their caravan or motorhome with us and securing their pitch for the entire season, our seasonal customers can save time, fuel and money.
With a seasonal pitch, you can return to us throughout the year for a touring holiday, without having to tow your caravan or move your motorhome each time you visit. Our season spans from the spring to the autumn so there’s plenty of time to visit and make the most of having one of our seasonal pitches in Cornwall. All the convenience of touring with us again and again with none of the hassle.

While you’re with us, you can enjoy our 5 star touring facilities and stunning location, with everything you need for a perfect Cornish touring holiday. Explore local beaches and towns, walk into Pelynt for the afternoon or explore further afield – you’ll find plenty to do!
Seasonal Pitches for 2025 Season
We know seasonal pitches are best organised in advance. Thats why you can secure your seasonal pitch at Trelay with a £500 non refundable deposit. You can even leave your tourer with us from 1st November 2024, with free winter storage.

Our seasonal pitch rate for 2025 starts from £3,750, to be paid in full before you arrive. Once you're with us, your electricity is metered and billed every other month, at the rate set by the energy provider.
