Site Fees

Aside from the initial price of your holiday home there are a small range of additional costs to consider. To maintain our park to the standard you deserve, there are site fees payable annually for your home and these cover landscaping, security, lighting and refuse collection along with the full use of all park facilities.

Understanding the costs

As with any property, there are also costs involved for services such as rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance. These do tend to change annually however our knowledgeable and experienced team are always on hand to advise, help and support. From then on, it’s up to you whether you have broadband, TV or any other additional services installed – it’s your holiday home from home after all.
